Mark Derwin is an American actor who was born to Irish parents. He is one of the three children born to his mother who was an actress and father who was a singer. He attended the State University of New York at Coble skill, but was unfortunately thrown out after only one semester. He did a number of odd jobs like carpentering, telemarketing, driving trucks, working at construction sites, being a janitor as well as working for IBM before he moved to Los Angeles to become an actor. He married actress Alecia in November 1997 and later divorced her in 2000.
Mark has performed a variety of roles across numerous television shows. His prominent credits include The Days of Our Lives, Life with Bonnie, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Heist, Without a Trace, Boston Legal, How I Met Your Mother, Curb Your Enthusiasm and One Life to Live etc. besides playing the role of George Juergens on The Secret Life of the American Teenager.
